The #15 bus runs along 15th Avenue, one block away, and stops on the corner of Colter and 15th Avenue.

6. Valley Light Rail. The planned route runs from Spectrum Mall down 19th Ave where it turns east along Camelback and the south on Central Ave to downtown Phoenix. It heads east from downtown Phoenix along Washington through Tempe to Mesa, a total of 20.6 miles. There will be a link connecting it to Sky Harbor Terminals. 7. The Lofts at Colter Is a Gated Community. Colter's streets are private. This is unique in the center of town because the majority of homes in central Phoenix were built long before gating was popular.

8. Colter Townhomes Have No "Common Walls". Unlike condominiums, which share a single wall between them, Colter owners don't share walls with their neighbors.
