is our most
affordable model and yet it's filled with features not ordinarily found
in new homes in its price class. Like a reading nook at the top of the
stairs and another nook on the other end of the upstairs hallway that’s
designed to take a modular computer work station or desk. The third
bedroom that adjoins this nook can easily be converted to additional
office space if needed and the nook can be used for an assistant's work
station. The master bedroom, spacious by any standard, features a bath
with walk in closet, double-doored mirrored notions closet, double
vanity, and separate oversized shower and garden soaking tub. A new
design feature just introduced in Phase 2 - in addition to the reading
nook - is a "SKYDECK" located off the master bath for sunbathing or just
