2,142 Square Feet The Somerset is our largest and most flexible plan with an office
on the first floor away from the bedrooms upstairs that's ideal for home
business operators who occasionally have meetings in their home. This
office, if needed, can be built as a bedroom now or converted to a
bedroom at a later date. A full bath with a 5-foot shower stall across
the hall from the office makes its use as a bedroom feasible. The three
bedrooms are all upstairs in this plan. If only two master suites are
needed, there's an option to convert the third bedroom into a sitting
room or "snuggery" attached to the main master forming a 2-room suite.
The main master opens onto a covered 4' x 12' balcony, which forms the
cover to a 4' x 12' downstairs patio. A combination kitchen/family room
opens onto an uncovered 10' x 26' patio and walled rear yard. |
